YÖK President Özvar in Sinop: "We cannot go on with this many courses"
Speaking at Sinop University's academic year opening, YÖK President Erol Özvar asked universities to bring course loads closer to European norms, act on the draft micro-credential rules and rethink an assessment culture dominated by multiple-choice exams. First examples are expected in the spring semester of 2026-2027.
